Processing

Every skin is handmade to order and prayed over before it ships. Orders leave Knoxville, TN within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States with USPS. You choose at checkout:

• Standard mail ($1.49, free on orders over $25): a stamp on a plain envelope. Usually 5-8 business days. No tracking, so we can't see where it is once it leaves us; if it hasn't arrived after 12 business days, email us and we'll resend.
• Tracked ($4.99): USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Usually 2-5 business days. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.
• Priority ($8.99): USPS Priority, tracked, usually 1-3 business days.

Oops-proof guarantee

Applying a skin for the first time can be nerve-wracking. If yours goes on crooked, bubbles, or tears on the first try, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge, once per order. No arguing, no forms.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email kingdomcovers2144@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Returns

Because each skin is handmade and applied to a personal card, we can't accept returns on skins that have been applied. Unused skins in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
