Psalm 46:5
“God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.”
Where it comes from
In Psalm 46, "her" is the city of God, kept safe while nations rage. Many readers apply it personally, and the application holds: the one in whom God dwells is held.
What it means
"At break of day" is the detail to hold onto. Help doesn't always come at midnight, when the fear is loudest. But it comes, and it comes on time. A daughter of the Most High is not promised an easy night; she is promised that the morning belongs to her Father.
Carry it
A quiet declaration of whose you are, printed where you'll see it every day.
